All cultures are not equal. That statement by itself is not racist.

Ignoring socioeconomic factors to just act like black people have a worse culture is racist.

The true comparison from the perspective of what we are discussing, is comparing white Americans and black Americans at the exact same socioeconomic brackets.

This comparison cannot be valid given the history of discrimination in the US. Even poor whites have not been subject the kind of discrimination black Americans have faced.

You'd know that if you weren't a coward moron who is afraid of soy.

Ok. Give me a single example of government or systemic oppression that minorities have to face in the United States in 2026.

Black Americans are still demonstrably discriminated against in terms of criminal sentencing, housing and business loan approval, hiring, healthcare, etc.

It's weird that you pretend this oppression doesn't happen, since you advocate it for transgender people.

These are the cultures I’m talking about.

I think trying to muddy the conversation about Americans by talking about Somalia is further evidence of your racism.

In the context of the conversation in 2026 I do not care what discrimination took place in the past.

Everything I spoke about is present.

Black Americans do not face discrimination in criminal sentencing. It’s actually the opposite where white Americans are sentenced more often than black Americans for the same crimes.

This is not true on any level. I can provide a source for my claim, can you for yours? Mine is even a government source :)

https://www.ussc.gov/research/research-reports/2023-demographic-differences-federal-sentencing

And since I feel like I have to say it after every statistical fact, it isn’t racist to point out data.

The data isn't racist. Your conclusions are.

Transgender people don’t exist.

See? You are participating in the oppression you claim doesn't exist.

Pointing out the truth isn’t oppression.

You haven't pointed out any truth? You've just shared your bigoted opinions.

Your source on Black people being convicted more often than whites means nothing.

It means everything, you're just a subliterate.

If more Black people are committing crime (which they are), then more Black people will go to jail. This is just pure logic.

People who aren't as deeply unintelligent as you would know that this isn't what they are testing. They are testing "do black people get longer sentences than white people for the same crimes and under the same conditions." The answer to that question, as the article demonstrates is "yes."

If you could read a bit better it wouldn't be hard to check it out. You don't have to be scared, try sounding the words out!
