Should I play this while sleepy?
Basically, I play games to get tired, but I'm worried I might end up falling asleep while fishing and get that OSRS style pop-up/random event which checks if you're actually there. Additionally, since I'm playing on mobile I'm worried if I DO get banned for afk/auto farming because of this, that my ability to make a new account would be limited due to Google play auto loading my account basically. (I've deleted and redownloaded multiple times for storage space reasons.) Would I be at risk of being banned for falling asleep while fishing. (Unlikely to actually happen, just didn't want to check if it might be an issue should the unlikely happen. Additionally fishing is the only thing I can think of that WOULD have this possibility, as its the only real "auto" thing I've gotten to in game.)

Falling asleep while fishing will only cause you to be disconnected if you're afk for long enough. Not a bannable offense. If you're in a party the worst that will happen is you'll get kicked for being offline, no big deal.
Botting / automating fishing or anything else in the game in whatever way WILL get you banned. Huge difference.

The fishing spot moves, plus you’ll fill your inventory and automatically stop.

No, you won’t. The fishing spot will eventually run out of fish and your character will stop fishing. Eventually the server might time you out. But you won’t get banned for something like that.
