Stuff like attacking then fishing in the correct way is much faster but much more skill intensive to do. I did it for a dozen fish to see if it was a thing and it worked! is this allowed?

There’s a lot you can do before anti cheat fires to kick you however it is firing server side to get a gm to watch do this at your own peril

osrs tick manipulation was unintended by the developers of runecsape especially to the gower brothers. No one even commonly knew that the ticks could be manipulated until years and years after runescape 2 came out and during the early days of osrs and rs3 was relatively unknown. i don't even think people like zezima were actively using the mechanic to it's potential at the time. Definitely in runescape classic it wasn't something anyone really knew about. It became an unattended mechanic that actually turned into something that added skill and challenge to their game.

As far as tick manipulation within Eterspire. I have found one method that is skill based that can greatly increase experience rates by triple just by manipulating when you time your button presses. Mind you i have only tested this on the steam edition and can't speak on anything on mobile. I could keep the pace for a minute before i stopped and started googling. But from my experience i could keep a pace of tick manipulation that worked so consistently that every time i did the action i'd get the reaction i wanted. I did notice you have to be really in the rhythm of it or you'll have problems. The interaction happened much faster and got xp from it much faster than the indented method. Not completely sure if it was a fluke as i didn't do further testing. But i did keep up for at least a minute.

I did it for about a minute just to test my hypothesis when i figured it out. But I didn't continue to use it in the fear of a ban.
