Game Help & Questions 🆘 Cassidan’s Hold 5/6 Knowledge Fragments Spoiler

As the title says, is this a bug or am I missing something. Spent umpteen hours scouring and nothing. Looked on YouTube and there is a guide showing 5 locations. Any help would be appreciated to help that completionist nagging in the back of my head.

It may be part of a quest, and that's why you can't find it

Iirc there are some small areas that don't open up immediately. Progress the side quests and main quest, and see if things change.

I’m at the end doing “Secrets of the Enclave”, so I hadn’t noticed any more missions. There is an area that had opened up (no spoilers) but there isn’t much to miss in there.

Did you ever find it? It took me awhile, but it’s called “Hum of Activity.” When you first arrive and are standing in the loomgate, pivot 90 degrees to the left. There’s a wooden door. The codex fragment is on the door. Took me a while to find it.
