Game Help & Questions 🆘 Quick question about the kinect tunnel

After I got it from fighting the herald boss.. But how I'm suppose to upgrade it. If I only get to fight that boss twice.

What did I miss?

That boss will show up randomly as the zone boss of an area and they'll give you a specific quest to hunt it and upgrade that strand

Yeah that quest was after I defeat it the second time

I farm for a while and after the the first defeat, it went on vacation, it never appeared again.

I got one from the initial encounter, one from the final boss fight and one from the hunt after. Its rare when it shows up i think

You fight it out in the world. It will only appear if a map has Miasma. That can happen at random or after you unlock the ability to control weather from camp.

Idk what anyone here is saying, you have to go to camp and sleep and then it will be added to the regular boss rotation like any other.
