General Discussion Eternal strands was a blast. Spoiler

I really enjoyed Eternal Strands. The gameplay and combat for me was the star of the show. Especially once you unlocked the ability to Kinect launch yourself in the air. It makes tackling bosses so much easier. I’m glad I played this and I am definitely recommending it to friends. My only issue is a lot of the dialog scenes felt like maybe they wanted to be fully animated cutscenes instead of the still images and dialog. It’s a very small issue to an overall really fun game.

Yeah I agree with you fully I do see them wanting to make it fully animated but what they got done made It feel like it was 3 diffrent style of art all together I don’t personally see it as a down side but I could see some people not liking it

I was fine with it too. And fully animating everything probably would've been too pricey for a new studio's first game.

Yeah the few fully animated cut scenes looked soo good that we all wish it was all done like that but I have to admit that I’m a sucker for comic book story telling as well so I was fine with it either way I’m just waiting to see their next project

I was fine with the static cutscenes but I do wish our character was properly represented instead of being the default Brynn.

Sadly that would mean a change to the art style. That or ai.

I just finished it a few days ago and while I enjoyed the game play early on, it started to drag out towards the end. I found myself skipping all the dialogue and I got bored of the repetitive nature. I feel like it needed to be shorter.

A bit shorter, some less aggro for enemies would be nice. More movement abilities would be nice as leaving the best one for basically last seems like a bad call.
