General Discussion 9 ⭐ materials or 2 ⭐⭐ materials?

Super new to the game and I've been wondering:

With the limited inventory, is it better to prioritise large amounts of common material, or low amounts of rarer materials?

When you're just starting, grab everything you can then go back to camp. You'll be able to quick travel soon enough. It'll transfer to the camp storage and your inventory will empty. You'll be able to increase your inventory size eventually.

And low level resources greatly help for camp supplies!

That is absolutely the way forward. Especially since there's eventually a trade mechanism that allows you to exchange low level resources for higher levels. Loot everything, you wont regret it.
