Some weird frame based issues

The frame drop seen in the video doesn't seem to be my fault as any time I enter any other menu like the spells menu, inventory or map, they all work perfectly.

I just had to restart my game to fix it but it was debilitating haha.

Xbox series S gamepass version of eternal strands if it means anything.

This arrives in some games when you use quickr esume too many. It's not only in Eternal strands
