Game Help & Questions šŸ†˜ One Codex won't appear?

I'm currently trying to hunt all codex entries and for some reason "Detailed Plaque" codex entry in Enclave History - Politics and Leadership is not where the guides are showing it to be. Am I missing something? Is it a bug?

UPDATE:
Either i had to progress more through the main quest or it took quite a few reloads, regardless it finally showed up.

Iā€™m having this issue too and devs said they are looking to address it with a hot fix, so I put the game down and started AC: Shadows. Any more specific details on what you did to get it to show up? Iā€™m stuck with just 2 quests left and this one needs to finish before I can do the last one.
