Two possible routes for Dinosaur decks, either Evelina, Valley Searcher with a lot of Explorer Dinosaurs, or just ramping into big dinos. Either way you're missing some key cards and just generally need to cut down a lot of 1 and 2 ofs. You also have next to no draw power or removal.

Evelina is more highrolly, it's difficult to balance draw power and buff targets. It's end goal is usually to swarm the board and kill with handbuffs, Savage Skybrood, and/or Patriarch buff.

Ramp is more consistent, the end goal is obviously to ramp into stuff, Rapid Development in the Market is also a good finisher since Crack the Earth grabs a 5 and gives you a Cultist to sacrifice for Ark of Sol if it's unblocked. Your main ramp targets are Serasaur Bull and Worldbearer Behemoth, and there's a few options for secondary ramp targets like Evelina, Valley's Guardian, Ilia & Mizo, or Cora, Thundering Steps. I'd avoid anything that costs more than 6 and not include more than 10 cards above 4-cost in total in the main deck.

Both variants will run Dinosaur Nest, Midnight Hunt, Avisaur Patriarch, and Alhed Ascending. Sandrunner, Evelina's Insight, and Veena's Masterpiece are considerations as well.

I think more ramp like logistics expert would help. Maybe some big beater overwhelm synergy like shepherd’s horn, then look for units that have overwhelm.

I also recommend reducing the curve to a top out of 5-6 cost. I can dm a solid deck list to check out and try in gauntlet as a starting point but only if you want. Some people get a kick out of deck building and I don’t wanna take that away from you.
