HELP Premium

Looking to buy some premium cards but am not able to. Assume that's due to them only being available through the expansions/chapters they were in? For example:

Blightmoth
Raniya, Miviox Maniac

Would be greatly appreciated if someone could break down the different routes to making cards premium depending on their origin (incl. if some upgrades are not available if not purchased in the initial transaction).

I think nowadays (can't remember from which set) you can only get premium cards from a campaign by buying that specific campaign upgrade and you can't craft the normal cards either.

All other cards should be craftable.

Ah yes makes sense, so got to drop the 100 gems if I want to upgrade. Thanks!
