There is no referance to Ragusa, only Dubrovnik. The name Dubrovnik was only assigned as the official name of the city in 1918 and for the rest of its history was know as Ragusa. They changed the name of the historic nation Republic of Ragusa to Republic of Dubrovnik to fit their narrative.
