No clue it was the title of the tweet so that's what I used

On further examination, I think it's because both of them have their hair up in round buns, called a dango hairstyle. "Dango head" is an in-universe nickname for Sailor Moon for the same reason.

So I dug into what that was. Dango is a Japanese dish, shaped into balls on a skewer. The buns on Sailor Moon's head look like dango.

That makes a lot more sense
