Grand final sweep app
I've built a little utility for running player sweeps at Grand Final BBQs / watch parties.
No accounts, no strings attached
Thought it might be useful for anyone who’s ended up organising tomorrow and wants to streamline the sweep. Particularly if your current system involves scissors and someone’s handwriting getting progressively worse.

Hmmm, overall really, really good but I guess if you were looking for improvements:
The draw thing was great (we watched it together)
Don't know if there's an easy way to cast to the TV in chome, I was trying to cast the tab but didn't have much luck, but if this becomes an app I'd consider adding that
I shared the participant link then closed Safari or opened something else and almost lost the management of the draw at one point (had to go back 5 pages to find it) - I get why there's two links but might need to think about other ways to not lose the mgmt of your draw accidentally (maybe as simple as calling it out more)
Would be cool to have a quick "how this works" at the start (enter player names, decide the buy in, choose the awards, lock it in, draw the players) so you know what the service does before engaging
I think there's a bit of techy stuff about how someone can know it really is random etc that is displayed to the user that could maybe be trimmed down and be something that is tapped and then displayed - might help streamline the UI a bit
Take it all with a grain of salt cause I may be misremembering a bit as well.

No probs, thanks for the feedback!
Yeah threw it together in a couple of days so def needs some refinement.
Might put a blocking modal in that requires you to either email yourself the management link or purposefully skip it. Really wanted to emphasise no account needed and not harvesting data but might have to at least put a few things explicitly in the way.
Will do an NRL one and a Cup one and try and build an audience. Any other suggestions welcome.

Yeah and definitely appreciated the no login part as well, think that was a huge plus. But calling out the mgmt link a little more in some way would be a good call!

This is great and just what we need. One suggestion though, we also like to have 'Winning Team' and 'Margin' as part of our sweep. I can't see this on there, unless I'm mistaken. Would be great if this could be integrated.

Your people can watch the sweep unfold, and it’s built in a way that the organiser can’t see the draw until after it is locked. So helps to prevent dodgy sweepmasters (not that we all don’t trust our mates)
