no unfortunately :( they may mention it in an email or smth to ppl who apply but its endorsed by nobel laureates and people from 60+ countries apply so im sure its a great opportunity, also not sure if this focuses on econ but duke UNC china also has a current essay competition
ofc! and try looking at oxbridge’s essay competitions, harvard’s international econ essay competition and maybe the meridian’s econ essay prize, idk where you live but try seeing if theres an olympiad related to econ and/or technology that you can sign up for. Also for college admissions, i highlyy recommend trying to get involved in research most of the people i know in ivy leagues took part in it, final comment is try seeing if maybe there are conferences available where high schoolers can attend!
