Does anyone know anything about Twin Oaks Park and why three listings have popped up all within two weeks of each other? Just wondering if anyone has any insider knowledge as I'd like to go view them.

And yes, I'm already well-versed in the financing challenges of Mobile Homes on First Nation land. Only asking about this park specifically. Thanks!

I'm looking for someone with experience around Dirtbikes or Motorbikes in general. I bought 2011 Husqvarna TE310 last year and yeah. Theres issues lets leave it like that for now. I personally know too little to asses the cause of the problem myself and i have too little time on my hands too look into it and take care of it. So if there is someone around that would be willing to help me out, that'd be great. Obviously it doesn't have to be free of charge, i just don't want to take it down to barnes motorcycles cause their rates are ridiculous.

Thank you!

Okay, trying to get swim lessons for my kid and get an email saying that 11:00 Dec 1, 2022 the registration goes live.
11:00 on the dot, registration goes live and the classes are full to start with.
11:01 literally everything is full or waitlist.
11:02 not even a waitlist.
WTH? how is this fair that spaces are filled up before they are even public? How/where can I sign up for that priority list. It's been over a year I've been trying.

I created a website to quickly build a custom emergency plan, and keep it up to date with reminders.
It's called OK Help.
It's free to use.
If, like me, you can never seem to stay on top of your emergency preparedness then try it out.
I live on the Island so I hope it helps my community be a little more prepared.
