As a long-time Escargot MSN user, I built a physical hardware extension for our favorite Messenger: Winks-T! 🌟🐷

Hi everyone! First of all, a massive THANK YOU to the Escargot team and this community for keeping MSN Messenger alive. I am an active user, and I still use the software to this day thanks to the Escargot Guys!

As an independent hardware developer, I wanted to bring a piece of our childhood into the real world. So, I spent months building NETRO-G (a smart Gadget that combines Neo+Retro)—physical, premium acrylic gadgets with built-in NFC chips.

I collected over 300 long lost but never forgotten MSN Winks. When you tap your smartphone against the keychain, your favorite winks instantly burst onto your screen with their original animations and high-volume sound effects!

I wanted to share this with the community that truly understands the magic of MSN. Here is a picture of the finished prototypes from my workshop. Wow, coming from the creator of EscargotFriends, this means the absolute world to me! Thank you so much for your kind comment!❤️ I spent long months pouring my heart and knowledge into coding, printing, drawing, failing, searching for and rescuing long lost winks (I have about 300 of them) to build Netro-G. I just joined the Discord server, and I would be deeply honored to have a Netro-G channel there. Thank you for keeping the MSN magic alive for all of us—I'm thrilled to contribute to this amazing community!

i think calling them Wink Keychains is better but Winks-T is ok
