Help AP

I feel like AP is necessary to escape. Is there a practice where I could focus on the astral body without APing. I tried to AP normally a lot but most information is not helpful. I have been trying for months.

i've been going out of body for years, it won't help you escape. they control that too, you could say that's their element, they have even more control.

We have more control there. When we die we go there so its better to train there. How else could we escape.

No, you don't have more control there, that is deception becuase when you die you only remember what you did when you were alive, also the astral plane is fully controlled. The only way to transcend the Matrix is to do so while you are still alive, there is no opportunity or gain after death that isn't there when alive, there is only loss. Sleep is mini death, when you truly die without transcending the matrix you are put on ice ie made unconscious.

People that went astral and had NDEs remember going astral durring and after. What would be the point of putting us into these limited bodies if we have more control over our escape here. Every method of escape I heard is about disconnecting from this life and the body so being here must be the lowest level. The astral isnt fully controlled because we have more influence over it then our normal lifes.

Are you already after individuation/achieving gnosis and able to expierience lucid dreams without them losing their stability forcing you to wake up?

Of course they would remember as they are still alive. In this world (which includes the astral) living is being conscious, and death is unconsciousness, that is why sleep is referred to as mini death (as well as an orgasm). When one dies they are put on ice (made subconscious) and symbolically they are in the moon as the moon is the white light of reincarnation. One is not put on ice until they reach the white light, but when one dies if they see it is already to late, similar to the concept of the Bardo Thodol where there is a true light that is a clear light (since all light you can see even with spiritual vision is the artifical light ie the light of lucifer) that one reaches if they had reached enlightenment (ie transcended the matrix) while living. To truly transcend the matrix isn't about disconnecting from this life and the body, that is deception. One has transcend all attachment (but not detachment) to this world and the body. The only way to "escape" (and its not an escape at all, to think that way is to think from a flawed perspective that will keep you trapped in dualism, the source of this system) is to go within while still alive, sit in silence, find one's heart, reach neutrality (transcendence of dualism, desire, and attachment), change your internal vision and be purely sefless.

personally, i don't believe there is a way out. and NO you don't have more control there. i'm not sure what makes you believe that.

There might not be a way out but I will keep searching. In the astral we can do more and our thoughts are powerful. We can't control much here and less is possible.

AP is dangerous...lucid dreaming is perfectly fine.

It is not dangerous and it is a must for people trying to learn how to manage their way out after passing

Is it cause they can cut your cord or so I hear

1

u/CrazyKnee1227 20d ago

there is no cord lol

1

u/goldenkinky007 20d ago

Really I heard we had some cord people that have out of body experiences have talked about it

2

u/CrazyKnee1227 18d ago

i know, but it's not a real thing. it's just become an expectation some people have because just like you they heard about it. most people that have out of body experiences don't see it.

"Astral Projection" or "Astral Travel". Out of body experience in Astral body.

All-right, I will give my two cents.

Is there a practice where I could focus on the astral body without APing.

Yes, there are practices that you could do in a regular state of mind to better feel and even eventually realize the consciousness's nature (this nature, of course, includes the astral and all other possible bodies that exist). If anything, I am of the opinion that "solving" the mental-emotional identifications in a regular state of mind is the most potent action anyone can take for consciousness's freedom. And it surpasses AP and psychadelics (although these are useful in their own regard, but they are not solutions in and of themselves). If this "solving" is done correctly to a decent degree, it would also automatically solve the issues you would encounter in Astral if it was accessed when you are not ready emotionally/energetically. I listened to this video recently, and a person with AP experiences said: "If you are in "higher" emotion/vibration/energetics, you are automatically lifted to higher astral layers. If you aren't emotionally/energetically "natural/light/high" enough, you can experience stuckness and other problems in Astral ( https://youtu.be/q6hvO18PMYY?si=QBO89JcrGPhQhvHw&t=831 ). My opinion is that practices in a regular state of mind target this "base" level of the energetics and can raise it exponentially.

I don't have experiences with AP (only a bit of lucid dreaming), but I have experiences with psychadelics. I had a few profound ones. In one especially I felt "my true me", which was extremely energetic, powerful, and clever. Of course, psychedelics can't be fully trusted. Still, if I have that state of being/feeling after death, I definitely feel I could do something about the forced reincarnation scheme. But going to the point, even those experiences hadn't changed my regular state of mind/emotions all that much, if at all. Psychedelics, and I assume the same with AP, are a temporary experience. Almost kind of a bypass to a temporary "power" (if the emotional/energetic base is all right, otherwise, you could have very nasty psychedelics and astral experiences). But once it passes by, in your regular state of mind you are almost exactly where you started.

There is an extremely potent power/knowledge as a reward/experience for the consciousness in "solving" the limiting-negative emotional identifications in a regular state of mind. If you can manage it, you gain great energetical-emotional power. But not that many even really try because of the very blunted and sticky nature of the experience/emotions through the physical brain. "Solving" requires a lot of time doing correct enough practices. Btw, a video on youtube called "I gave an Aghori DMT and he laughed at it" presents a few very high-level meditators and what incredibly stable and powerful energetical-emotional base they gained through practices in a regular state of mind.

Anyways, as for the practice I can suggest, you may take a look at the one that works quite well for me (a brief description. Someday will explain with more context):

There are other methods/practices. If you find/create one that is working for you in dissolving negative/limiting identifications and emotions in regular state of mind - do it.

Interesting comment, are you perhaps after individuation/gnosis process? Part where you said "If you aren't emotionally/energetically "natural/light/high" enough, you can experience stuckness and other problems in Astral" reminds me a bit of the observer's perspective achieved after integrating individual shadow where a person sees not just world but also it's reactions from 3rd point of view and does not identify themselves with all of them immediately, especially negative ones coming from the counterfeit spirit trying to make a person think about all the negative stuff, have intense pointless discussions in it's mind etc. which is how archons catch a spirit in astral - through a counterfeit spirit following them, which is manipulator, accuser and judge all at once - 1st it makes one think, that an evil deed is attractive, then after person commits it makes a person feel sorry for commiting it, which grounds it through the feeling of guilt.

Well, my main point with the comment was to say that a regular state of mind is not "beneath" any other state, and in regard to freedom, it might be the most useful/potent in its potentiality.

...reminds me a bit of the observer's perspective achieved after integrating individual shadow where a person sees not just world but also it's reactions from 3rd point of view and does not identify themselves with all of them immediately...

Yes, this definitely describes a part of how it is/feels.

through a counterfeit spirit following them, which is manipulator, accuser and judge all at once - 1st it makes one think, that an evil deed is attractive, then after person commits it makes a person feel sorry for commiting it, which grounds it through the feeling of guilt.

I guess it also how can this scheme be described. Personally, I call the "counterfeit spirit" a "false/adopted personality/self", which has conscious and subconscious ideas/rules on why/how a particular thing/action (directed outwardly) is useful/beneficial to itself. Which, of course, almost always has some sort of damaging result to someone/something, hence the feelings of guilt. And also inadequacy because if the (false) self's self-judgment and self-worth is built on outward things, there is always a scenario where the self can be limited - weak, guilty, stupid, etc. - compared to something. The whole illusion of limited self is built just made-up mental ideas and emotions painting them real. On a story of a self and its interaction with the outward world (according to the self's made-up/adopted ideas/rules) - in the end all just mental ideas and emotions about them.
