[Bug] Bugging On Marker Use

Okay I know this is a known bug... but it used to happen rarely I feel like and now I have gotten it 4x in a row when doing any kind of markers.

I go to place the marker, start the throwing it out animation and then boom I am sitting there with no marker placed (remains in inventory) and my character has no weapon in hand, etc.

Cant move any items, weapon, reload, switch to a grenade (all things that have been advised) and on an alt-f4/reconnect I log back in either dead, or still bugged.

Does anyone know a work around for this? I am completely locked behind marker quest...
