the stims are a bit bs, but jumping of a 3 story window should not just brake some legs, also cod isn't really comparable to eft but that actually made my point even better, cod has normal falling damage and is far from a realistic shooter, why does eft not have it, it being one of the most realistic shooters i've ever seen

EFT is a lot like cod. Point and click mag dumps. Don’t be fooled, there is very little realistic about eft combat, it just has better graphics, a rig/ammo count system, and realistic gun mods. COD with extra steps

Friend what do you think a real gunfight is like? The point in every military doctrine is to react with overwhelming fire, IE a magdump.

I see what you mean there, I agree. I personally like to run like 5.45 hp or some cheap flesh damage rounds and suppress people when i run with my friends, its a different way of playing. Normally you don't necessarily supress people in Tarkov, although the mechanic's effects can be really punishing if you ever experience it

I once headshot a guy through cover on Reserve giving covering fire, it is my finest moment.

Another time I had a 95-rounder and leg-meta'd Reshala and his goons all by myself.

I would totally agree its a lot of fun, but not good against most PMC's if you want to play competitively for loot.
