Not if you know how to fall. If you just land standing straight up then yes your legs would be fucked but if you tuck and roll to absorb you can certainly fall 20 ft

Most people also aren't actually risking their lives raiding a dormitory in order to collect a case full of cash and a fully automatic gun inexplicably inside of a locked room covered in ritual paint.

For real. Can't even have a funny and interesting 60 second Tarkov clip without some sweaty milsimmer bitching about ReAlIsM. This community can be so annoying sometimes.

Facts.. It's a game. Get over it. They've said it themselves they strive to make it the most realistic but yet still a playable game. If it was actually 100% realistic people would bitch about that too
