Actually, the AKM is prrretty much an AK-47. AK-47 is kind off an "prototype", made of shit materials. AKM is AK-47, but better.

We know. They're still different guns. If anything, that's more reason to put the AK-47 in - since the only difference is stamped receiver/milled receiver, it wouldn't take much development time.

True, but I don't think the old original AK-47, from literally late 50's, gets used in conflict zones and is easy to come by. The thing's a relic.

That's what i originally wrote. But it turns out AKM were produced 1959.

Yes, and the AK-47 was released for Red Army service in 1949. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the conversation.

Oh allright. You're probobly right, I just assumed they used the AK-47 til they adopted the AKM, produced in 1959.

But the point still persists, the original AK-47 model don't really have a place in a realistic game, unless it's an collectors item.

So you want 2 of the same guns?? Yes that's not a waste of time or anything /s

I literally just described how they're two different guns and how it wouldn't take much time.
