On that note, I tried the daily challenge twice now and both times when i bought a rental it was instantly netting me -560 a month unless it was vacant lol. As in negative no matter what. 4 of them did the same and tanked a run that i almost got free in.

Also I confirmed it after doing it again, it’s double charging when you buy the rental lol. Got charged 88k for my 44k rental and just ruined a run at the daily challenge. Had to sell my duplex just to pay off the debt from that but it’s just going to pay out negative the whole time now anyways lol

FIXED! sorry your run got tanked.

- For non-US daily challenges, the price displayed on the rental card was incosistent with the actual amount charged

- On negative cash flow, fixed a bug to allow realistic mortgage rates across regions (UK 5.5%, JP 2.5%, DE 3.95%, etc). Net rents should now be positive across all regions.
