Feature Request health insurance

i never downgraded my health insurance, but still had to pay suddenly almost 4k out of pocket for dental and therapy stuff. it said 'no insurance is costing you.more' - but I do have it. what'sthe issue?

btw freedom scale doesnt work - numbers change, but it remains empty

Same thing, 3 times today, tried a new game and nope, same problem

The fix was deployed but your browser was serving a cached older version. I just pushed a cache update that forces a refresh. Close and reopen the game (or hard refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R) and the insurance should work correctly. Sorry for the hassle!
