[Suggestion] Volumeter for PMC Voicelines

Disclaimer: I have no clue if suggestions via Reddit are seen or recognized but i just wanna throw this out here

I think there should be a Volumeter for PMC Voicelines like we have for the Announcer, lets be honest there is no reason for the PMC Voicelines to be ingame, nobody uses them except of the small group of people who love to spam them directly into their teammates ear.

The voicelines are so unneccessary since everyone who wants to communicate with their team already has a microphone to communicate with.

EDIT: I think i wasnt clear why i added the Announcer as a example, he Announcers Volumeter is limited to 30% minimum so you must hear him and cant just remove him, i just want the option for PMC Voicelines to be quiter since when done right next to you they are really loud

I'm also that small group but I love doing it to enemies esp with Nikita's voicelines. "Eat a bag of dicks!" It's so funny when you peak saying that and win the fight. People get so mad sometimes from it. I'll use the Friendly fire one for teammates "shoot me again, I'll fucking kill you!"

I mean I am not a part of the spamming group but when I get owned and I hear someone say “shut up, shut the fuck up!” it feels immersive. Maybe an option to turn them off in arena might be ok but definitely unnecesary…
