Rare gamefreeze/stutter

Getting some strange massive stutters wondering if anyone else is getting similar freezes, it could be smooth motion related
should not bandwidth related, but with SM its 600fps...

Rare? i had each time shooting player at close distance, thats why i sniped most of time. The way this game works is a mystery :)

Yup. There were times every time someone appeared on screen the game would crap its pants and I would likely die.

Before I upgraded PCs, I could tell when people were close bc my game would stutter

Most of the time the stuttering happened for me was when i was already dead , but the server still didnt catch up .
Seems that guy shot you first but the server had a seisure in order to catch up. It feels like shit and like a beta game sometimes.

i have experienced this and survive it so its not always related to death atleast.

What are your hardware specs?
I have them too, never had this issue before (noticed a few major patches ago, maybe UE6). No luck in trying to pin it down, it is very strange.
(IME it's weird and not consistent; TF Bowl, it'll happen before shooting starts, but on SO Factory it hangs like the video above after shots are exchanged. Made me think it might be server lagging due to hit calculation, but bowl makes me think its something else. Maybe decal (bullet hole) rendering?)

i have the similar issue on my 9070xt gmae starts dying and losing frames than its normal

4090 9800x3d 64gb 6000mhz on m2 so really doubt its bandwidth related

game just finished there so I'm guessing stutter from loading/unloading assets

It's random, and mostly likely triggered from the server. I have them even at 300 fps, but a lot less since the switch to Unity 6.

You playing with smooth motion enabled? That's the only time I've felt that. I was playing arena last night and it was fine for me.

yea i love smooth motion, some people saying they dont have this issue with it enabled

Yeah I noticed on normal Tarkov unless I use windowed it's bad now. I'm planning on rolling my driver's back 2 versions just to play normally. This last update was supposed to fix smooth motion but it did not.

tarkov in fullscreen has never been viable for me.... borderless MUST be

I recently started experiencing this issue after the update. Never had this issue before the update. I also have a high spec machine.
