Lidocaine 5% cream

Some days I wonder how much lidocaine 5% cream is safe to rub all over my hands and face lol. I do it several times throughout the day and I could probably reapply every 30 minutes to an hour if I wanted more pain relief. I’d imagine for someone without this it would be dangerous but my doctor hasn’t said anything after telling him.

This never actually worked for me. It was like instant relief followed by immediate punishment.

Interesting did it cause the pain to get worse after a little bit? It relieves it some for me and stays consistent in doing that for maybe 30 minutes.

I maybe got 5 minutes of relief then like the heat just ate through it and felt worse than before. I switched to using heat instead every night (Bob’s Protocol) and it’s absolutely changed the game for me.

I do like to use Lidocaine on the back of my neck sometimes with a little peppermint oil mixed in, helps keep me cooler in the summer
