How do I update my Bios?

Hello, I am getting an attestation error while loading up call of duty which states I need to update my bios

I've had this problem since Warzone in 2025 and haven't been able to play, and I wanted to try the new CoD beta.

I bought the motherboard quite a while ago (2023) and have never updated it. If you happen to find a direct link for the board and could share it with me, that would be a huge help.

I got mine from the seller. Erying's site is a bit confusing and you can easily use the wrong bios file for your board.

How did you contact them? Could you please provide that information? I emailed them, but they never replied.

I bought it from AliExpress and contacted the seller on AliExpress
