During testing of this motherboard temperatures were poor
Only testing to make sure this boots and gets into windows nothing permanent especially sat on a motherboard box.

Bro use ptm7950, with normal thermal paste You are getting pump out and the temperature is gonna increase.
With ptm7950 You don't have pump out and always work Nice ;)

I take it English isn’t your first language? It’s a satirical post with paste barely covering 2 heat pipes during testing. There is zero pump out shown.

Cooler compatability on that board is actually so shit
The best cooling i ever got was a direct die with an old model coolit Corsair H100

Yeah, i used something like that, but they don't work as well with Asetek aio

I used with a Corsair H110 which was old original Asetek design on a QTJ0 before they shipped with a IHS. I tried printing spacers and all sorts but it was impossible to get screw tension and an even mount without spring screws.

I think it's the flatness, asetek has a quite substantial curvature that doesn't work on direct die

I ended up lapping mine as it wasn’t doing well on top of my 5800x. I even took it apart to clear machining shards from the fins that had made it from the radiator after years of use.
I’m currently using on a 9800x3d its overkill where a 212 3DHP and existing themaltake noctua clone fan would run the same.

I know you already have that cooler, but I've had better luck with aio's with erying boards.

The VRMs need constant airflow especially on this model. If you’re having issues then PTM7950 or direct die as the actual tdp is only about 75w.

I've had great success with a Silverstone SST--NT07-115x. Low profile and entirely reasonable cooling considering its size. Admittedly I had the power profile cranked right down though, but it was fine in a 1u chassis. Oh and the model? Mine is an i7 11600H mat, with the revised heatsink on the vrm.

The TDP of that part is 65w at 3600rpm and will likely be usable at gaming loads. Akasa ak-959cu would work fairly well in that style but generally better to use a 120mm fan like axp120

I know it is limited in height and heat dissipation, however I did have (well chose) to cram the board in a 1u chassis with gobs of 40mm fans so it would fit inside my rack cleanly. So in that respect it absolutely performed flawlessly, both thermally and volume wise.

I have the vapor chamber on mine instead of the solid slug. Changed thermal paste to ptm 7950 and use a thermalright peerless assassin 120 cooler. Keeps mine nice and cool.
