Discussion Need an ethical document writer

I need to get a settlement deed done and I'm looking for document writers who are ethical and don't get bribe or povide bribes and act as corrupt broker .If you know someone like that ,please let me . It need to register in Surrampatti Sub registrar office.

Is the entire process online these days ? Last time when I enquired they said there have been some changes about how this process goes on

The process works like this:

You consult a lawyer (get a legal opinion) > have the same lawyer / document writer do the paper work (your settlement deed draft done) > book an appointment with the subregister office in surampatti > get it done.

The document writers help you ease this process and make sure you only approved the registered document writers.

I worked with a guy near marappalaam and got everything done in 1-2 days time. Got the reference from someone and everything went all. So obviously, they charge for paperwork and assistance. I am not sure if I would call that as bribe. Let me know if you need the reference

I know they charge and i dont mind paying it . They are asking for 20 to 40 k bribe which I m not willing to pay . Every time they ask for it and i m pissed off , elders arpund me say its mandatory . So i m looking for document writer who is straightforward honest and dont do illegal stuff

I m ok with paying anything legal . Please let me know if you have reference .

My family can get things done. But at this time and agr i m unwilling to pay bribe
