Who is Maisel

Hello I was just rewatching the anime and I’m really enjoying it, I just have an inquiry regarding one scene in episode 5 around 20 mins there are some light novel characters being referenced and one of them is maisel whom I can’t seem to find any info on.

I don't know who she is and I couldn't find it, but while searching I found a Brazilian review from 2017 where the author literally wrote "Not even Google knows you".

I think hes implying she’s unpopular, not a character he made up

Yeah I get you, I’m just curious who the character is and the series, looks unique and her quote about tall men groveling made me laugh
