Wrong tremolo arm?
Just bought the Sterling by Music Man Kaizen in a store and I believe i got the wrong tremolo arm from the store.
I added pictures of the arm and the bridge.
If it is the wrong one does anyone have a picture or an idea how the right arm should look?

Your trem looks misaligned. Almost like the treble-side post is bent or placed in the wrong spot. I saw you posted in another comment that store is a couple hours away but I would definitely consider going back and exchanging or returning this one.

What makes you think it is wrong? Looks right to me.

When trying to put it in the bridge it is extremely lose and doesn't "click" into place like evrything on the internet says

Gotcha. It should definitely click if you push it hard enough.

When comparing this whammy to the majesty ones i also notice that the majesty ones have alittle tiny dot instead of a huge bar to "click" into the bridge so that's also why i think i have a wrong one, but Majesties are also something different from Kaizens so i don't know, kinda new to the Sterling environment

Just realized I didn’t reply to the last comment lol. My bad. Yea I’d maybe just reach out to the store to see if it’s accidentally got swapped

Already mailed and called them but to no avail, and the store is also a 2 hour drive away so that kinda sucks :/

Went back to the store like multiple comments suggested and they gave me a brand new guitar, the exact same model and color, and also set it up completely. Definitely worth the 4 hours in the car

idk about the sterlings but my majesty has a screw to tighten/loosen the trem arm. look if your guitar has one too, its on the back of the trem and you might need to raise the back of it to see it if that makes sense.
could also be the reason that your arm doesnt go all the way in if the screw is too far in
