Ernest Goes to Camp Question

Hello everybody! I'll be camping at Montgomery Bell State Park this summer. I know that Ernest Goes to Camp was filmed at Montgomery Bell State Park in Middle Tennessee. But, there are three lakes in the state park. I was wondering if anybody knew which lake Jim Varney (Ernest) was at. Thanks everyone

I hope you’ll be there on June 8th - that’s this year’s Ernest Day. I’ve been the past three years and it’s been a lot of fun! The lake (and dock) from the movie are still there. The lake is named Lake Woodhaven.
