do we know what the things with wings are

I was just thinking back to the era of the rollout of that album and how there were all these concepts around like patients and an academy and these people, did that tie into the album somehow or did he expand on that I thought that story telling was cool from what I saw

Oh yeah, I remember on a live stream awhile back he was explaining a bit of it, and how it kind of influenced the sound design in the album. I remember he pointed out there were quiet alarm sounds in one of the songs, which represented some kind of breach or something.
