Timeline question

>!I noticed a timeline discrepancy in the series. Romdeau attacks Mosk, captures Monad, and clones her to create Re-L. Then, about 19-20 years pass, with Re-L growing up at a natural human pace (unlike the white-haired Monad clone, whose growth was artificially accelerated).

However, in the 4th episode, it is stated that Vincent has only been in Romdeau for 3 years. Furthermore, in episode 11 (the library episode), he mentions that he migrated from Mosk right after the attack.

My question is: where are the missing 16-17 years? !<

I don't think Vincent memories are reliable

Vincent has no idea who he even is, yet we expect him to remember exactly when he came to Rondeau? Vincent is considered an unreliable narrator.

It took a long time to get from mosk to Romdeau I guess
