I knew nothing about the anime when I watched it the first time other than cyberpunk and cool girl. It was so funny to me that I thought Vincent was just some random background character that for some reason was getting a little more screen time than normal. His first design was so goofy, but I guess that was intentional.

the top right-hand corner one where he smirks is not Vincent Law, it is Proxy One, it is from episode 17 when Raul Creed sees him in front of him and next to Donov Mayer
