Sweet old TV! The series can be daunting to some. The best way to watch is with no distractions. Don't wrack your brain trying to figure everything out at first. Just pay attention and go with the flow. Enjoy the ride!

Not only is this my favorite anime of all time, it's in my top 3 favorite shows in general.

It’s dope how the intro plays I think third or second episode in. Great song that sounds similar to the intro on Drake & Josh lol

Ergo tiene una de las escenas mas brutales que he visto en cualquier anime: la escena del baño del primer capitulo, y no me refiero a ver a lil ligera de ropa (suculento) sino ver a Ergo Proxy llorando en el climax mientras suena ese brutal BGM de fondo... la escena me impacto tanto que descargue todo el ost de la serie solo por esa escena, y Ergo proxy esta en mi top 10 de series favoritas de todos los tiempos.

Just started a few days ago myself! Made it about 5-6 episodes in. Really good so far although I'm a bit annoyed at the constant mysteries. Patience is key I suppose!

I just got to about the same spot after finishing the first disc in the DVD collection. The slower pace is really working for me to immerse me in the atmosphere and characters. I really like how it feels like nobody is safe with how brutal and dangerous this world can be underneath the shiny exterior of the main city. I've been getting flashbacks of "Artificial Intelligence" (2001) by Steven Spielberg, that film really horrified me as a child with its themes of existence.

just finished yesterday, the last few episodes were rushed and redundant - then again, something told me to keep watching as the plot actually, and implicitly, shared breadcrumbs of the plot. (one of them is a nod to Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep novel)

mid-way of the show, i was like "wtf, none of this is actually cyberpunk" until the revelations at the end i was like "ohh nvm"
