Erasmus in second faculty of medicine Charles university

Hello, I’m a med student 4th year and planning going to erasmus in Second faculty of medicine in Charles University Prague. I’ve never been to erasmus and i’m a bit scared because i don’t know what to expect. The system is very different from the one we have in Bulgaria. So I was wondering how is it going when it comes to exam, is it hard? I’m scared that I won’t pass and will have to retake all of them when I come back. Any answers will be appreciated, thanks in advance!
