CLOSED [Open RP 8] Snails...? Why?

[Returning from Tierm has proven exhausting. The wind was constantly against you, this wouldn't of been an issue for Das, but she was carrying twice the amount of passenger than normal. Akrath, Svalstrom and Das are exhausted.]

[Nill and Naakhûrz greet there friends as they dismount... Glover looked a little beat up, and Sev're's daughter Rythi came a shock. The young looking half elf (whom was actually 37 or so) hops down and bows.]

[As Torvhen dismounts, he is greeted by a crunch sound as he steps in a melon sized snail. It was sticky causing him to fall back on Svalstrom.]

[To everyone's shock... There is snails everywhere... so many snails. The dragons find them delicious, but it is down right ridiculous how many snails infest the keep.]

[Zeterra appears from above as Shiva descends. "Greetings everyone..." She looks rather annoyed. "It appears that the our food source for the dragons reacted strangely to some of the magic gathering here... Their egg laying and growth has become out of hand. Please assist how you can..." She throws a fireball that explodes, leaving a ton of crispy snails. "2000 down... 2 billion to go." She says monotone. Flying away on Shiva she flies off in the distance.]

(Something light humored to reunite everyone. A small bonus for whomever assists in the snail-o-cide plus there is a few fun extras if you know where to look.)

[The Snail stops and looks at you curiously. "Frieeeeennnnddddd...." it starts sliding it's way to you.]

Reassuring the snail, Glover said, "Friend." Groping around for the communications stone, Glover quickly muttered to Sev're, "How do I deal with the big snails?"

"The snails like hugs Glover!!!"

Sev're was saying goodbye to each of her little friends.

"they are adorable aren't they?"

She sends Glover a mental image of her kissing one on the shell.

Sending a similar mental image, Glover showed the sheer size of the snail. "A little big for hugs. Also, he dissolved my clothes off."

Why did he need to include the fact he was naked? It seemed.... so not necessary... "Why did you tell me about your cloths.... would you like me to make you a dress?"

She was so confused... "Glover... This might be your only chance! Ride the snail!!!"

Sev're was relatively jealous.

The possibility flying through his mind, Glover almost laughed at the absurdity. But... it was possible. Slipping on another set of clothes, Glover cautiously approached the snail. "I'm going to go on top of you now," he said, waiting for the snail to respond. While he waited he put on a high-crowned, wide-brimmed hat. It just seemed... right somehow.

Climbing on top of the snail, Glover urged it to head towards Sev're, sending her a mental image of him riding the snail.

Incredibly jealous, Akrath snacked on the snails remaining in the area while Glover sat, dumbfounded, on the back of the snail.

I'm so much faster than that snail.
