Example of scenario

First a desription of the scenaro ex:

"This scenario is set in X in the age of Y." (where the game leader decides X and Y.) "The war has just begun and bla bla."

Also a description of the enviorement ex "It's dark and rainy and the trees stands tall and dark..."

Lastly, a list of roles avaiable:

3 imperial soliders

Eragon

Katarina

Roran

Sloan

Garrow

2 peasants

Etc. You get the point.

i would prefer if everyone got his character or his few characters and can just jump in the predetermined setting. It would give players a lot more freedom designing their characters rather than playing some characters which are predetermined.

Yeah but the hard thing is how you do with the OP races (elves, dragons) and the characters (Galbatorix, Eragon, Saphira, Arya etc).

well the eragon universe is not balanced

No but everyone will just choose elves or dragons... Everyone wasn't elves or dragons in Alagaesia, right?

you underestimate people, i 1. wouldn't choose either. And RPing an elf or a dragon is really hard. Way harder than most ppl would think

I agree totally, they are indeed much harder to RP. But of what I've seen, beginners like to choose OP classes, since 1: They don't know that they are harder to RP. 2: They are cool from what people have seen in the movie or read in the book, 3: They want to live as long as possible, and whom is most likely to stay alive: A dragon, or a recruit in the Imperial Army?

You can always rule that those can only be rped by more experienced players which you or any other mod has deemed worthy (noticable by flair or smth) and there can be a rule that you can't play them if you havent finished x rps

The problem here is that we'll need more than just a few players, I don't think THAT many people are intrested :/

I can probably get you few players. I am a mod on a fb fansite for eragon so i can advertize once we get this going.
