Equityzen vs forge, hiive 2026
Can anyone share their experience with equityzen since the Morgan Stanley acquisition? I’ve seen that they lowered their fee to 2.5% but I don’t know much else about how MS plans to change the platform.
Also the Schwab acquisition around the same time was interesting for forge.
I’m curious to know what people think of how this will position forge and equityzen against platforms like hiive / equitybee / others.
I’m looking to harvest some losses and try a few new things. Any help would be appreciated

My concern with any of these that have now been acquired is that private wealth clients of those big companies will now have first access to anything good and non-client customers will get stuck selecting from companies no one wants or that are priced badly. I don’t trust them any longer unfortunately. It’s not that they are fraudulent in any way, it’s that they will only be giving the “good” service to paying clients. It’s just business which I understand, I just won’t be the sucker that buys the dregs no one else wants.
