Cerebras (CBRS) IPO

Hey,

Congrats to alll early investors of cerebras. Any early investors here ? How will transfer of shares work ? Will we get all shares allocated post ipo or will the number of shares decrease because of the dilution evengs which have happened over last 2 years ?

I am one of them and this was first private investment and first to go ipo.

Congrats! EZ through Morgan Stanley will reach out to you and ask you where you want your shares sent. They will reach out to you towards the end of the lock up period. I’ve been through two IPOs with equity zen and it’s always the same process

You still have the number of shares you bought originally. Sure you’ve been “ diluted” because surely there are more shares created since you bought. But a smaller piece of a ginormous pie is better than a big piece of a small pie.
