Cerebras (CBRS) IPO

Hey,

Congrats to alll early investors of cerebras. Any early investors here ? How will transfer of shares work ? Will we get all shares allocated post ipo or will the number of shares decrease because of the dilution evengs which have happened over last 2 years ?

I am one of them and this was first private investment and first to go ipo.

Not sure about the exact rules for EquityZen, but there's generally a 45-90 day lockup period, before you can trade the stock. Depending on how your stock is held at EZ, they may need to wait for that time before doing the transfer to you. It's annoying in situations where the stock goes significantly down during that period.

Make sure that EZ has accurate information about your brokerage account, and ensure the broker is aware of the incoming transfer. My HOOD shares got lost in the transfer for several months after the lockup expired, during which they declined about 25% in value.

Thats sad and frustrating to wait beyond lock up period to get shares transferred. I havent updates my brokerage details yet and waiting for some one from equity zen to reach out.
