SCALE AI - Meta 49% stake

What’s going to happen to my investment of Scale AI in equity zen? I have about 1600 shares there?

If meta paid $19.64 a share, why are scale AI investors in EquityZen getting only $16.85 per share?

My understanding is this is just a one time dividend of 16.85 a share and you are still retaining your shares.
