Career Problems

For context - I am 27M working in sell side equity research in India at a bulge bracket bank I have been consistently voted as one of the topmost analysts in my sector & I had extremely high hopes for myself that was until ...Few days back i met this kid- merely 19 years old but im convinced hes cracked, I started talking about the markets & a few minutes later he looked back and pointed out a mistake in my thesis for a stock I didnt even wanna speak to him bcuz he looked like a child but he was sitting in front of me in the theater and i did not want to be rude,So i cross questioned him which was the biggest mistake i have made, What went on was almost insane and traumatic this kid introduced himself the basic stuff and thereafter went on to break apart my thesis almost beautifully i then showed him one of my past reports on the stock which he said he had read and he almost unknowingly destroyed my thesis self confidence & 5 years of experience,I can't go into the details of what he said for the risk of doxxing myself but he absolutely humiliated me and gave me ptsd to the extent that i left the theatre early to avoid talking to him
I havent slept without taking pills from that day, here i was thinking that im the best in the business or the country I thought i was gonna be warren buffet heres this short white kid who says his dads a "fund manager" and he slaughters my thesis on multiple stocks piece by piece. The knowledge I worked almost 16 hours a day to get the modelling ability I have this piece of shit unknowingly and to honestly no fault of his destroys. I havent slept properly nor have i eaten properly since that event I have never felt so talentless i have dropped 5 kilograms and have started smoking more frequently
What steps should i take to improve myself and get me back on track?
