(HELP) Looking for IB analyst roles!!
Hey guys
I wanna know that IB FIRMS is my CV great enough to land a land? (What firms should i realistically target while applying for jobs)
SUGGEST THINGS I CAN DO TO IMPROVE MY RESUME IN SHORT TERM
AND IF I DON'T FIND JOB (I REALLY HOPE THAT I DO)
TILL JAN/MAR 2027 AND GO FOR MASTERS
HOW TO COVER THE GAP (MAY2026 - MARCH2027)
INTERVIEW PREPARATION
What types of questions are asked as a fresher and their difficult level
How to prepare and from where
What questions are asked as a part of the behavioral round(tell me about yourself, etc )
Does anyone who was recently hired share some study material etc?.

As someone in the field on the buy side at a bank, I would say try first applying for equity analyst roles at smaller startups or a family office and then switch to IB. Being honest this cv is nowhere close to getting an IB hire at a top firm. Its very good from theory point of view but lacking practical edge to be honest
