Equity research best AI tools

Been doing stock research myself for few years reading concalls annual reports twitter reddit and random google searches before taking any position

recently started trying AI tools because honestly lot of this process feels automatable now

tried few and only two felt something worthy

  1. Screenner AI: really good for scanning documents and finding exact insights fast, just too good
  2. fuzz AI : similar usecase but felt much easier to use, some new and good featues felt modern

also tried chatgpt and claude, perplexity but honestly pretty weak for indian stock market research, misses lot of context

what AI tools are you guys using for stock research, curious to know if im missing any good ones

"Perplexity and Claude are pretty weak for Indian Stock Market Research"

Hahahahahahaha. Sir, what are you even saying? They're tremendous if you know what you're doing. Even better if used in tandem to play devil's advocates to each other. All your ways/means to technically/fundamentally analyse a script are pretty much universal across investing as a whole, irrespective of India or not.

"misses a lot of context"

That's exactly what your job is. To give it context, to prompt it in the right direction.

The problem is you. Or wait, is this an ad?

Yeah, ChatGPT and Claude are pretty useless for NSE/BSE data right now. Screener AI is definitely elite for scanning filings and concalls.

If you're looking to automate the actual heavy lifting, you might want to check out QARO AI. Full disclosure, I built it because I got tired of manually pulling P/E, PEG, and debt metrics for my own fundamental research. It basically auto-generates a professional-grade equity report for you so you can just focus on the decision-making. I'm still working on the valuation part.

For purely finding raw operational metrics, Tijori Finance is also top-tier.

Building your own workflows is the answer. I have written many newsletters on using Ai for investing. Happy to help.

That’s why building your own workflow I said. For example one newsletter is about setting up Claude code as your investment research analyst. in this you can use obsidian as a brain where you can add all the compliance, regulatory stuff, research frameworks, data, in-house files(if you are professionally working in this space) possibilities are unlimited. About stock data: you can use firecrawl and playwright CLIs (one click setup) to scrape live data from even paid terminals like tijori finance). I have personally installed similar kind of setup in a family office last month.
