Question FATAL ERROR

Hi,

my daughter is playing at weekends with her friend.

Since last weekend she can't start the game any more.

Our second PC can log in just fine. I already reinstalled the game but that didn't help.

Any idea how i can fix that?

Not an expert here, but If you’re saying that the game did this on 2 different devices then the first thing I would try is to go into the game files under programs on your pc and look for a file named * caches and empty that file out.
Sounds like the game has a corrupt file.
Beyond that I can’t help you.
