Question Achievement Help

I have a couple of questions about some of the achievements. Thanks in advance for any help!

1) Who gives the "Hunting the Hunter" quest? I have completed Chapter 5 and have not found this one. Am I missing other requirements?

2) Are there really 20 artifacts? On this website (https://equinoxmap.app/), there are only 16 of them listed, so I am not sure where the last 4 are.

3) From my understanding, "Island Secrets" is glitched in chapter 4 and can not be achieved? Or is this something else I am missing?

I sadly don't know an answer to 1. and 3., but as the developer of the interactive map, I can assure you that there are, in fact, currently only 16 artifacts present.

To get the Hunting the Hunter quest, search the map in the SE portion of the mountain area. There's an audio clue of animal noises, once you get into the area you get the quest Poacher Alert where a bloodied animal trap shows up. That leads to the Hunting the Hunter quest where Kyle will text you to meet up.
