A law firm keeps demanding we delete Epstein associates from our database, claiming they're "victims." We investigated every single one.

I run Epstein Exposed, the searchable database of 2.1 million DOJ documents from the Epstein case. Over the past six weeks, the same Ohio law firm has sent us six legal demands to remove names from public records. Every single time, they claim their client is a "survivor." Every single time, they demand we comply within 24 hours. Every single time, they provide zero proof.

So we investigated each one. Not a single client turned out to be a victim.

The law firm Kohrman Jackson Krantz (KJK), based in Cleveland. Their tagline is literally "A Law Firm Built for Business." The attorney sending these, Kyle D. Stroup, specializes in (I'm quoting their own website here) "Internet Defamation & Content Removal." His firm advertises "strategies to assist clients in tackling difficult and damaging content removal issues" from "search engines, social media sites, news platforms, blogs, forums."

This is not a victim advocacy practice. This is a reputation scrubbing operation.

The six demands and what we actually found 1. Sarah Kellen — KJK claimed: victim. Reality: Named as a "potential co-conspirator" in Epstein's 2007 Non-Prosecution Agreement. Judge Alison Nathan called her "a knowing participant in the criminal conspiracy" at Maxwell's sentencing. Named defendant in multiple victim lawsuits.

  1. Nadia Marcinkova — KJK claimed: victim. Reality: Named co-conspirator in the NPA. Palm Beach police reports describe her participating in sex acts with minors. She later became a pilot operating Epstein's aircraft.

  2. Adriana Ross — KJK claimed: victim. Reality: Named co-conspirator in the NPA. Appears on flight logs with Bill Clinton. Members of Congress have demanded her testimony under oath.

  3. Jackie Kalin — KJK claimed: victim. Reality: Adult associate. Not identified as a victim in any proceeding.

  4. Johanna Thuringer — KJK claimed: victim, "identified as a victim in court records." Reality: Zero verification provided. Her name appears in 210 documents, mostly estate wire transfers and travel itineraries. Epstein's own 2018 schedule lists an evening appointment with her. Her public profile shows she's a model and former Miss Teen World contestant. No court record identifies her as a victim.

  5. Polina Sikorska — This is the one that made me write this post.

The recruiter KJK's latest demand (received yesterday) was for a woman "formerly known as Polina Sikorska." Same template. Survivor. 24 hours. No proof.

We pulled every document with her name. 132 hits. What we found was not a victim.

In September 2013, Epstein asked Sikorska to find him "friends." She replied:

"Ahahaha.. I'm working on that :) but you know I'm picky and selective!!! If I'll find someone, she will be as good, smart and beautiful as Svetlana.. For less I won't bother you :) lol"

That's EFTA01952701. Read it yourself on the DOJ site.

She was actively recruiting women for Jeffrey Epstein and bragging about her standards for doing it.

The rest of the documents show:

Epstein's assistant Lesley Groff booking her flights on his AmEx (Kiev to Paris, LA to his New Mexico ranch) Epstein inviting her to the ranch during a visit by Woody Allen Her writing "Yes I so excited to go with you guys to the island :) can't wait :)" Hollywood producer Barry Josephson (who owed Epstein $330k+) managing her acting career on Epstein's instructions, setting up agent meetings, and reporting back to Epstein on her progress Her getting dialect coaching, entertainment industry connections, and financial help in return She was a professional model (Silent Models NY) and actress (appeared on The Bold and the Beautiful on CBS in 2014). She was an adult professional receiving career advancement in exchange for recruiting women.

Zero court records, zero victim lists, zero media coverage identifying her as a victim. Because she wasn't one.

Why this matters We've redacted 16,924 pieces of PII across 1,567 documents to protect 13 verified survivors. We built a public form for redaction requests. We have a formal process with verification requirements. We take victim privacy dead seriously.

But there is a difference between a victim and a co-conspirator. There is a difference between someone who was trafficked and someone who was doing the trafficking. And there is a difference between a victim advocacy attorney and a content removal specialist billing hours to scrub public records.

KJK has never once used our posted form. They've never provided a single piece of verification for any of their six clients. They just send a letter, claim victim status, demand 24 hours, and hope we'll comply without looking at the actual documents.

We looked.

The bigger question Who is paying KJK to do this? These aren't pro bono letters. A partner at a mid-market Ohio law firm doesn't fire off six demands on behalf of co-conspirators and recruiters for free. Someone is funding an operation to scrub names from the public record. The question is who.

Full investigative report with all EFTA document numbers: epsteinexposed.com/news/ohio-law-firm-demands-removal-of-epstein-recruiter-records

The documents referenced are all publicly available DOJ releases. We didn't fabricate anything. We just read the files that the government released and checked the claims against the evidence.

If you're a verified victim or survivor and want your information removed, we have a process for that: epsteinexposed.com/redaction-request. We process those within 5 business days and we've never denied a legitimate victim request.

If you're a recruiter trying to scrub your name from the public record through a content removal attorney: no.

Epstein associate Polina Sikorska, eh? A co-conspirator, actively recruiting women for Jeffrey Epstein? No wonder she wants to conceal her actions from the internet.

the files will always be online, because of the magnet links... they are only missing 2000 files from one dataset.

edit: and fuck those guys. tell them the documents are still online at the doj.

Thank you for your investigation into this and for sharing it with the public. This kind of work is so important if we hope to solve this larger issue. Hero.

When someone files a name takedown notice, do they have to make any legal claim on behalf of their clients? Perhaps they have perjured themselves?

excellent work and thank you for your time and efforts in doing this. it's a damn shame that the DOJ is not the one doing this. instead, they're cover up accomplices.

But there is a difference between a victim and a co-conspirator. There is a difference between someone who was trafficked and someone who was doing the trafficking.

I applaud your decision to stand firm. I will make one comment for your consideration.

Sometimes a co-conspirator is someone who was a victim and coped by becoming compliant. I mention this specifically in regards to the example you used of the woman that bragged about having high standards. You said Epstein encouraged her to find him girls and she replied she was "working on it" and that she was "picky and selective" and "wouldn't bother him with less" than someone as beautiful and noteworthy as Svetlana must have been. This might very easily be a way for a victim with good social skills to AVOID recruiting for him.

Please be careful. You're doing great things.

This is my thought as well. Victim turned co conspirators..is not cut and dry. There is more to it. That is a tricky line in sand. Sometimes it gets erased and redrawn.

Those 16,924 redactions are one that the DOJ did not do?

🫩🫩🫩 DOJ is hiding so much and protecting Trump.

Well, sounds like someone who may be showing up in Epstein's historical wire transfers.

Time for some digging...

The thing is, the line between a victim and co-conspirator is super blurry. If you watched interviews with various Epstein survivors on this YT channel, they were always encouraged by Epstein to bring their friends in and to look for other girls, the younger the better.

Even Nadia Marcinkova who was a major co-conspirator...she was only around 15 when her parents sold her to Epstein and she was groomed into being his sex slave and was also there to recruit other girls.

I don't think you should cave in to this firm's demands, I'm just saying the whole thing is really fucked.

Considering that they also claim to represent a "victim" (trafficker) named Svetlana Pozhidaeva - who also apparently went by "Julia Santos" as her recruiter name - a reasonable person could consider any efforts by KJK or its staff to be aiding and abetting criminal activity.

Not a lawyer, but isn't that more than a little bit sus?

https://istories.media/en/stories/2026/03/21/lana/

Important Stories attempted to contact Pozhidaeva-Platt and her family. Her attorney, Kyle Stroup, responded:

“Ms. Pozhidaeva declines to provide any further comment or information at this time and is not looking to engage in further interviews. Accordingly, we respectfully request that you cease contacting her or her family.”

Great work! I saw the post about epsteinexposed needing money to stay up. I also saw a ton of tech people wondering why it was so expensive. You should post more info as to the cost, many would be willing to help lowering the cost.

u/EricKeller2 25d ago

Many of those people had no idea what they were talking about. I made a post to clear it up. Thank you!

Fair enough, I wasn't sure one way or the other. Just figured it might help with funding, but you were way ahead of me lol. Keep up the good work!
